Benefits of Massage
Massage therapy offers numerous benefits for enhancing your overall well-being. Its primary objective is to induce a state of relaxation in your muscles, aligning them with their natural fiber direction. Due to the concept of muscle memory, any previous trauma your muscles have experienced over the years tends to revert them to that state. This can be likened to a tangled bunch of rubber bands, where untangling them can be quite challenging. Notably, an impingement in one muscle can have a detrimental impact on other adjacent muscles.
Massage therapy effectively addresses these issues by reducing inflammation, improving circulation, enhancing range of motion, and promoting flexibility. Moreover, it contributes to improved sleep quality and serves as a valuable aid in managing anxiety and depression. The recognition of its significance by healthcare providers is growing, with massage therapy increasingly being regarded as a necessary or recommended intervention. Furthermore, it is worth noting that some health insurance plans provide coverage for massage therapy services.

About Me
I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2015. I have a great passion for massage therapy and have for many years and was blessed to finally pursue this passion. Since getting my license, I have worked in several spas and have done call outs. I have worked with many clients with varied degrees of issues and ailments such as fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, frozen shoulder, and neck and back pain. I love what I do and I get great satisfaction knowing that I help someone feel better physically and hopefully emotionally. If you want an experience of relaxation and feeling better, just give me a call.

Penni was wonderful, she took time to ask where my problem areas where. She gave me extra attention to those areas and still gave a complete massage. By far best massage ever.
